BOMCHOYEO Salt Fermented Anchovy Sauce is made with fresh anchovies, caught around the port of Hongwon in Seocheon in spring and early summer, and sea salt in which bitterns are removed for 3 years. After mixing them at the rate designated and the aging process of 5 years, undiluted solution is extracted and it has passed through more than 6 months of second aging process and settling time.
